I am a Postdoctoral Research Associate at USC Institute for Creative Technologies.

I build and evaluate multi-modal natural language dialogue systems. My research touches many points along the inferential path through a typical dialogue system, from perceived user actions (as speech or teletype, sketch, or action in a user interface) through intention recognition, dialogue management, and natural language generation.
