I am currently a 4th year Ph.D. student at the University of Southern California in the Department of Computer Science.

My advisor is Dr. Stacy Marsella and the bulk of my research activities are carried out at the USC Institute for Creating Technologies in Marina del Rey.

NSF EAPSI Research Abroad: 22 June - 24 August 2009

I will be conducting research at the University of Melbourne over the summer (their winter) as part of the NSF EAPSI program. While there, I will be collaborating with Professor Liz Sonenberg who is Dean of the Faculty of Science and the leader of the Agent Research Group at Melbourne University.

The thrust of my research there will be a combination of research areas including my work on self-deceptive decision making and Professor Sonenberg's expertise on interest-based negotiation. Stay tuned for details!


AAMAS 2009: 10 May 2009 - 15 May 2009

I will be attending AAMAS, a conference for Autonomous Agents and Multiagent Systems from May 10 - 15th 2009 in Budapest, Hungary. My colleagues and I will be presenting a paper on self-deception which can be found in the publications section of this site.
