About me

I am a PhD student at the Viterbi School of Engineering Computer Science department of the University of Southern California, and a graduate research assistant at the USC Institute for Creative Technologies. I currently am working under the supervision of Jonathan Gratch in the Emotion group. My main research interests are Artificial Intelligence, Affective Computing and Cognitive Modeling.

My current research focuses on using computer vision and automatic emotion recognition techniques to study the role of facial expressions in human interaction. I also use machine learning techniques to create predictive models of people decisions in social dilemmas.
